The high court is set to deliver its ruling on the controversial security bill 2014 today (20-feb-2015) which was passed by parliament last December. The petition which was filed by Coalition for Restoration (CORD) and Democracy and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) contested that the Security Bill 2014 was unconstitutional.
